Change language for javascript messages

Complete rewrite of the code in english

Right now, most of the code, database tables, database fields, function names etc are in french. For HelpDesk to get contributions, maybe it should be in english. It's not a small task, so maybe it...

Encrypt technical documentation in base

The technical documentation may contain sensitive information such as passwords : it should be encrypted in the database.
